  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order furniture.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Products that have been assembled, altered, or used.

3. Return Process
